Politique de remboursement
If for any reason you would like to return your purchase, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at info@andreablais.com with the following information:
1. Name and full mailing address
2. Reason for return
3. Your online order number
If your return is accepted, you will be emailed a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and the amount will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, sale products, made to order items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Made to order items
If an item is out of stock then it can be made to order. These items can be returned or exchanged for a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Exchanges
Unworn and undamaged items can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
